Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, return, or exchange. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only in the following cases:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong product
  • There was a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your purchase

If you experience any of these problems, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will do our best to resolve the problem by providing a new download link or a replacement file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
